Sesama Mara Deepavali
In celebration of Deepavali this time around, Air Selangor brings joy to senior citizens and children of three welfare homes, namely Pertubuhan Kebajikan Thangam Illam, Pusat Jagaan Kanak Kanak Istimewa Lagenda, and Pusat Jagaan Rumah Ozanam through our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme Sesama Mara.
A total of 81 residents of these welfare homes received donations in the form of essential food items and household necessities. The contribution was made by Ravindran Karupiah, our Head of Information Technology and Elina Baseri, our Head of Corporate Communication. To make it even more special, we also distributed toys and our very own Boboiboy Air merchandise to children living in these welfare homes.
Our Sesama Mara programmes consist of grassroots initiatives that aim to help the surrounding community as well as strengthen Air Selangor’s relationship with stakeholders from various walks of life.
